HR Executive
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate records.
Administer benefits programs, addressing inquiries and facilitating open enrollment.
Process payroll accurately and on time, collaborating with finance and ensuring compliance. Manage employee data in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate training and development programs, tracking employee progress. Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely resolution to HR-related issues.
Administer performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting. Support HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion programs and employee engagement.
Generate reports and analytics to assist in decision-making and continuous process improvement.
