Strategy Head - Mumbai

Job Description:

 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the bank’s long-term goals and objectives.
 Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and
growth opportunities.
 Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with
the bank’s mission and vision.
 Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and timelines.
 Evaluate the performance of existing products, services, and business lines, identifying areas
for improvement and optimization.
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior
management on the progress of strategic initiatives.
 Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends
that may impact the bank’s strategic direction.
 Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategic
recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
