Job Description:

Independently handling Mortgage Retention from Balance Transfer to other Banks  / FI’s in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi region

To groom Retail Branches about product, policy & process

Act as a single point of contact for all Asset Servicing Branches & HUB in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi region

Independently handling customer grievances raised to RBI, Head Service Quality & legal cases related to Mortgages Product

Building digital journey to on board customer journey for mortgage application, Monitoring the usage of the application by different channel partners

Overall delivery of superior level of customer service in customer satisfaction as well as efficiency

To decongestion of various processes of HUB in verticals of credit, Operation, Technical, Legal, RCU & sales
