  • Candidate should be able to write queries/procedures with SQL, MySQL & PL-SQL.
  • Candidate should be able to handle the queries regarding application independently.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Unix/Linux .
• Good Experience on UNIX, SQL.
• Good Experience in Resolving the production issues as per the SLA.
• Following ServiceNow & ITIL process towards resolving the issues.
• Strong Knowledge on UNIX commands.
• Good Ability to write / enhance SQL queries.
• Performing Health check outs and good Experienced in quick fixing bugs
• Extensively worked on FTP and SFTP Commands.
• Escalates the incident to other team as well as onsite team when ever required.
• Interacting with clients through Call, Mail or Chat.
• Implementation of documents according to the client requirement
• Working in 24 /7 support and solving all the issues as per SLA.
• Optimizing SQL queries as per the user/other team’s request and required data.
• Monitoring and resolving the P1/P2/P3 incidents tickets.
• Extensively worked in production support like resolving the issues, file transferring, scheduling and monitoring the jobs and client servers.
• Writing data in tables in SQL inside the scripts according to client requirement
• Validating the Logs for root cause analysis.
