The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be instrumental in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance market position.

- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
