The ideal candidate should be a results-driven expert in Business Development, who can drive new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships with real estate developers, ultra HNIs, and private equity stakeholders. The candidate should also have some relevant experience working with any of our three product offerings under the Commercial Real Estate vertical, which include:
1. Lease Rental Discounting
2. Construction Finance
3. Loans Against Property
The candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base through:
1. Direct sourcing
2. DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Sourcing
3. Sourcing through brokers
