Job Description:

Position Purpose
 Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer
through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market
sourcing
Position Responsibilities

Sales
 Achieving sales targets for assigned branches.
 Sales calling on existing bank customer for LAGO.
 Lead generation through branch
 Catchment visibility campaigns to create product awareness.
Support

 Co-ordination with Branch Appraiser
 Assisting branch for delinquent customer.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential  Graduate

• Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

Threshold Competencies
• Prior experience of working on a sales role in Retail Loans (preferably in Gold Loans )
• Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small businesses in and
around the territory.
• Adequate written & verbal communication and well verse with local language to engage
with customer.
