Job Description:

B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science or Electronics, or similar related field, from an institute of
repute; & with typically 9 to 12 years of relevant work experience (in Software development,
production support, change management and release management, deployment planning and
deployment execution in UAT/Production.), with preference for certifications in relevant
areas of IT/Systems/Database and ITIL/IT-Lean etc.
• Combination of qualification, relevant certifications, and work experience may be considered
in lieu
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to project management skills;
with good understanding and experience in Site Reliability Engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and
influence skills
• Experience with API Integrations is preferrable alongwith understanding of Agile
methodologies, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Software Configuration Management
systems & associated tools
• Experience in doing RCA for any issue in infrastructure or application by debugging logs,
source code, database objects or any scripts.
• Experience for system administration, scripting languages, automating for workflow and log
files analytics etc.

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems;
• Strong Unix skills for troubleshooting, automations

• Experience in building automatic, proactive monitors and alerts; and familiarity with web-
based technologies, including but not limited to, three-tier architecture, service-oriented

architecture etc.
• Experience with Databases like Oracle/MSSQL (to understand/debug/modify stored
procedures, triggers, functions.) etc.; & experience with J2EE application servers like Apache
Tomcat
• Understanding of Software development, technical quality processes, service desk
management etc.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and to provide emergency support (i.e. on-call support),
as may be needed from time-to-time
