Solution Architect
Job Description:
Architectural Design & Strategy: Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Angular-based web applications.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team throughout the full development lifecycle.
Solution Design: Collaborate with business and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architectural solutions.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for front-end development, including modularization, componentization, performance optimization, and code reviews.
Framework & Tools Selection: Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and libraries to enhance development processes, improve productivity, and optimize performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and other team members in Angular development and software architecture principles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and software architecture to continuously improve the development process.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the application architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of technical decisions.
