Job Purpose :
Support to Frontline Retail Sales Team, to guide on Digital Products - viz.. NACH, UPI & Virtual Accounts & assist solution activation.
Build up CASA Balances
Enhance Solution Active customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clientele for Digital Solutions - NACH, UPI, Virtual Accounts & related API
- Knowledge share on digital products for frontline to drive Solution attachment
- Process simplification that makes customer on-boarding & transacting experience easy
- Work closely with the NSM - Retail Solutions to develop sales strategy
- Drive Current Account balance build-up with Solution led acquiring. Generate CMS Fee Income.
- Domain Knowledge mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, understanding of CMS products).
- Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output
- Previous relevant minimum experience of 3 years in Product Sales Manager role & high value client handling.
- Acquire & manage high value Liability relationship by meeting clients on a daily basis & pitching Retail CMS Solutions.
- Drive product development & marketing initiatives as part of central product team
- Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly by meeting clients on a daily basis."
