Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.

Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Process Mapping: Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future state processes.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design: Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

Testing and Validation: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specifications.

Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business processes comply with industry regulations and standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
