Job Description:

• Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

• Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address and mediate employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance management process, including setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Support employee development and training initiatives.

• Compliance and Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related reports and metrics.

• Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and handle administrative tasks related to benefits.

• HR Systems and Processes:

  • Administer and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR systems.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes and workflows to ensure effectiveness.

• HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Participate in and contribute to HR projects such as organizational development, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
