L&D - Operational Excellence

Job Description:

• Operational excellence in Program Management - Ensure that the training workshops/seminars are well executed on the ground by coordinating with stakeholders, booking venues, sending invites etc.
• Documentation and Tracking of Learning initiatives - Be a custodian of attendance records and ensure that the data is well maintained and tracked on a regular basis.
• Learning Calendars and Nominations - Publish a monthly / annual training calendar for Internal Programs PAN Bank. Seek nominations for external programs and register participants by liaising with external partners, government bodies and learning vendors 
• Data and MIS Management - Develop and publish various learning dashboard. Help Maintain accuracy of data and ensure timely audit reporting by providing MIS and data. 
• Financial Management of Budget- Resolve escalated queries regarding invoices by coordinating with finance team.
• Learning Program Management - Verifying empaneled training venues as per company standard and program specifications. Ensuring all logistical requirements for program are maintained and arranged by coordinating with vendor partners and venue providers (certificates, stationery, materials etc)
• Internal Stakeholder Management - Maintain good rapport with the internal customers by regular interaction & promptly attend to their queries & timely fulfilment of their requirement.
• Team Player - To assist team members in their work for smooth completion of tasks. Building trust in the team with clear, open and consistent communication.
