Main Accountabilities |
Sales Leadership: · Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales and relationship management teams, setting clear sales targets, and driving them to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Client Acquisition: · Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the emerging corporate sector, identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships. Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Business Targets: · Ensure the achievement of budgetary targets, including Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size, while continuously seeking opportunities for growth. Team Management: · Manage, mentor, and develop the sales and relationship management teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to maximize team productivity and results. Market Penetration: · Identify and develop new markets and segments within the emerging corporate sector to expand the business footprint. Cross-Selling: · Implement cross-selling strategies to promote other retail banking products and services within the portfolio of emerging corporate clients. Lead Generation: · Collaborate with the team to drive lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients. Sales Strategy: · Contribute to the development of sales strategies, product offerings, and market insights based on client feedback and market trends. Compliance: · Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and company policies, processes, and reporting systems. Asset quality to be maintained better than industry standards. |
