Job Purpose :
Manage and Execution of Payment Systems projects, Operational support
Managerial Responsibilities :
Team coodination for project implementation, Operational support and Customer satisfaction and Vendor Co-ordination for Payment Systems
Functional Responsibilities :
Project delivery , Meeting discussion with Internal stake holders and Vendor, Operational and Business support, Creating Process, System analysis and Execution plan for Payments NEFT, RTGS and IMPS System and projects
Competencies Required:
A minimum 3 years of experience in Payment Systems of NEFT,RTGS, IMPS,NACH and Cross Border Payments.
Experience in Requirements Gathering, Design, System analysis, Development, Testing and Implementation.
Experience and Knowledge about Complete process of IMPS Systems and Functionality
Experience in Technical and Functional support for Operational and Reconciliation.
Experience in SQL, Procedures, Functions and Packages
Experience in validate execute NPCI Testing and Certification
Advanced banking domain knowledge and keeping abreast with a latest development in the industry.
Ability to understand and evaluate Business Requirement, Functional Specifications about NEFT, RTGS and IMPS
Ability to research and understand Internal banking application process
Excellent planning, organizational, Time management skills, Problem solving, Good Writing and Communicational Skills and decision making
Competent enough to co-ordinate with internal stake holders and vendors.
Ability to delegate task to vedors and extract them on time and End to End Project delivery.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
