Job Description:

New Business Prospects:

  • Originate new business prospects within the SME/ CV sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Acquire SME customers and manage their proposals, guiding them up to the disbursement stage.
  • Achieve targeted New to business (NTB) customers

Business Generation:

  • Meet existing SME /CV clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue and IRRs.

Cross-Selling:

  • Cross-sell r products like wealth and insurance products  to SME/CV customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.

Credit Risk Assessment:

  • Assess the preliminary credit risk associated with SME /CV clients and their proposed financing structures.
  • Collaborate with credit eams to ensure sound credit decisions.

Credit Structuring:

  • Structure credit facilities for CV clients in a manner that aligns with their business needs and risk profiles.
  • Optimize the credit solutions offered to CV clients clients.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
