Job Description:
Key Objective of the Job:
- To develop and maintain the health of the Book for Home finance in the region with optimizing the productivity of the team
Major Deliverables:
- Responsible for the sales, collection, operations and central team co-ordination.
- Target Achievement – incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the book
- Sourcing Tie ups: Tying up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry and build alternate sourcing channels
- Guiding the team for achieving the Business
- Team Management and Its Productivity
- Monitoring for the sales process and its effectiveness
- Fee Income
- Process Management
- Train and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers / Field Sales Staff on the various Products
- Co-ordinating with the corporate team for restructuring products as per the specific regional need
- Cross-selling of products
- Maintain Nil NPA.
